Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used a half recipe of the croissant recipe provided in the class, but improvised on the techniques a bit due to kitchen space limitations and to see what would happen (I know: famous last words LOL). Also, I wanted to make a few ham and cheese croissants -- but the shapes had already been cut into the triangles for classic croissants! Next time, I will be sure to follow Colette's excellent directions more closely and I'm sure that I will have more hits than misses :)

What are you most proud of? My husband loved them, yay! I was glad that I was able to bake them for him today for his birthday weekend :)

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Colette's class is excellent and I highly recommend viewing it :)
