repurposed felted wool sweater

What was your inspiration?

These slippers were the first thing I made when I began felting wool sweaters over 20 years ago! I made them for my whole family one Christmas.

What are you most proud of?

How easy they are to make and comfy to wear.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Stock up on wool sweaters at the thrift store when you see them!

Heavy store bought felt won't have enough stretch in the ankle area to get your foot into them, I'm afraid.
