What was your inspiration?
I chose my yarn after looking at class projects others had done and liked how the Amazing yarn looked.
What are you most proud of?
I finally learned how to do this technique and it turned out to be much easier than I'd thought. I'd tried before and given up in frustration as I didn't understand the patterns. Now I've gone back and looked at those patterns again and understand what I was supposed to do.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Not using two different colors made it slightly more difficult to keep track of where I was, but it is still easy to follow what Gwen is doing. She calls it "mindless knitting" and once you get the hang of each tier, it really is!
