What was your inspiration?
This pattern was designed by Liz Abinante, and I really liked how it looked. I guess the inspiration for the colors were bird down feathers. The leaf edging reminds me of fluffy feathers.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is quite an easy lace pattern, if you are new to lace, try this one out!
