What was your inspiration?

My inspiration was the arrival of my online friend, my "MO Sistah's" second child.

What are you most proud of?

I'm just glad I had the privilege to make him something even though at the time I was feeling pretty rough and not able to do much. I at least got this simple little quilt made for him.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Take your time when making a quilt. Let the fabric guide you on your decision to quilt it and also what coordinates to put with your main fabric choice. Keep looking until it is "just right".

I made it up and I drew the ducks on PE Design software...I can get my friend whom I gave it to...to measure it for you if you want exact pattern. She lives hundreds of miles from me, so she will just have to write it down and email me. Thanks for your interest!

I believe it was a standard 36" x 45" baby quilt if I recall correctly...I made it for a friend that lives in another state. She can measure it if you need exact measurements of anything on it. Just let me know.
