Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this piece. Had to laugh when I finished this. Each time I draw this I manage to look younger. This was drawn for a challenge called #draw21days with Von Glitschka. I probably should have started with Roberto's schematic of the head. This looks more like a projected image of what one of my grand-nieces will look like when she grows up.

Is the piece for sale? No

I understand what you mean, in my self portraits I always end up having less gray hair! Your drawing is nice overall but there are a couple of things you want to fix: there is too much space between the eyes, as a rule of thumb you should have the space of an eye between the eyes, You might also want to check the length of the nose ( it seems a little too long) and /or the space between the nose and the mouth. Best, Roberto

Thank you, Roberto. This was done very quickly for a 21 day drawing challenge, and you are definitely right about the eyes being too far apart. You are more than likely right about the nose, but that is harder for me to judge because I got the tip of the nose slightly angled off to the left. Thank you for critiquing this because I kept looking at the eyes, trying to figure out what all was wrong with them, and the distance between the two of them was the one thing that I had missed.
