The only issues I had with this hat is to make it stand.My solution to it was to create a tall tube that fit the head out of paper. That way the hat stands tall and the paper tube can be removed and the hat is washable and dryable.
If you come up with better solution please share.

less then a ball of each red and white color yarn in medium weigth. For this particular Hat I have used the Red Heart supersaver yarn.

The hat that the famous cat from Dr. Seuss' book had.
