Great hand sewing photo!

I love the inset banding! Great job with the mitered corner. How did you apply the banding? When you sew the rings, do you plan to start the bottom rings higher so that the bottom banding shows when the shade is folded up? I can't wait to see this at the window! By the way, red is my favorite color. :) Thanks for sharing!

I used 2" fusible web to attach the band and yes I want the band to show when it is folded up. It took me a while to figure how to do it but I think I got it right.
