What are you most proud of?

using a blow torch inside my house!! and my candies, they look so real!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Contrary to Catherine, I used my husband blow torch instead of a kitchen one. The fire was to high and I was not able to control the heat! So my board caught on fire, so did the cardboard around my dino. I was not able to get his skin dark because de butter cream was getting out of the seems even with a very think cover of fondant. In is back the fondant was melting down instead of turning dark. I was grateful that I used an impression mat to create a reptile skin looking for his stomach. This way even if I did not blow torched is stomach, it has a really nice texture. Plus I used sterling powder!!
