This cute little Halloween monster was so fun to make!! My son already fell in love with him, and now I have to make him into something that he can use. :)

What was your inspiration?

All the silly monsters we see pop up around Halloween. I just love all those little guys!!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I used a combination of applique styles on this guy. For the smaller pieces I used Steam a Seam Lite and for the larger pieces, I did a needle turn style with freezer paper from behind. I love small pieces in my applique, but I have yet to perfect the method of needle turning them!! :) If you don't have a preferred method of applique, try a Google search and you will find so many different methods!
