Gold filled earring hooks and headpins, Swarovski bicones and flowers.
What was your inspiration?
I pulled out a pair of earrings I made when I first started, and because I used cheaper findings, it was tarnished - but the green crystal was still useable! I took it apart and used the crystal to make these. Winding the 2.5" eyepin around the flower was something that just came to me while I was making them.
What are you most proud of?
I love the sparkle...
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you have something with one good component in it, take it apart and start something new.
