What was your inspiration?
A friend saw the pattern and asked whether I could do her a pair in an adult size. I like a challenge, but when I realised that it was crochet, and I'm only a knitter, I wasn't sure I could do it. But with the help of an excellent pattern (with pictures to assist with trickier stitches) and videos on the internet, I managed, practiced and finally came up with these!
What are you most proud of?
That they were my first ever crochet project...
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Persevere and ask or check out videos if you're not sure about the stitches. You can do it!!
