The fact I can crochet after a single class and make my own items like this. Thank you for the help Crochet Lab Vickie Howell.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just start crocheting in the round and do some double crochets then keep going with them and have fun! At the end I did a bit of gathering and that gave the hat a fun look at the edges.
