What was your inspiration?
The cat fabric itself was the inspiration. It just shouted at me to use the individual designs as the focal point in crazy patch blocks. I bought the fabric specifically for that purpose.
What are you most proud of?
I decided to make curves at the bottom of this pouch, and like the way they came out.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you are new to this type of project, you may find the free online Craftsy mini-course on making zippered pouches helpful. And if crazy patching is new to you, do a web search on "how to crazy patch." With that background you should be able to design similar pouches and not need a pattern.
