What was your inspiration?
I felt like a new quilt for myself, something fun and fresh. I looked through my stash and found the dog fabric and I had to use it! (look at that little boston terrier!) I built my palette around it and the park slope print.
What are you most proud of?
the colors, the mix of fabric, and actually cutting some of my favorite fabrics. sometimes it takes me years to cut fabric after I buy it :)
also, the quilting took EIGHT bobbins! haha
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
have fun with fabric! mix it up! you don't have to stick to one line of fabric, or even one style. let the quilt express YOU
