What materials did you use? 1/4 yard of 3 co-ordinating cottons (stocking front) 1/2 yard for stocking back 1 yard lining fabric 1/2 yard quilter's fleece

What are you most proud of? Liked the way the quilting gave the boot dimension.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Since the piecing was the most time consuming, I pieced several boot "fronts" at once. Have fun with different color combinations!

The pattern is from Chickadee Charms. When you click the pattern link above, it takes you to their Home page (www.chickadeecharms.com). You have to search their pattern page for Western patterns, then to Cowboy boot stocking. I didn't have the entire web adress to take you directly to the pattern when I posted my project, sorry.

I really like this, I want to make some for Christmas next year and I love the way you put an extra piece between the heal and the foot, the pattern I have doesn't have that piece and I think with it, you would get more in the sock. Thank you for sharing these with us.
