What materials did you use? Fabric scraps from previous project

What are you most proud of? I am beginning to do free motion quilting and I am becoming more comfortable with it, enough to use it on items I plan to give away to family members.

I began by trying to use the walking foot and top stitching on the sashing. But the feed dogs kept catching on the batting on the bottom. So I switched to the darning foot and lowered the feed dogs for free motion quilting.

Love your bag! I'm going to have to look for this project in class. Your FMQ is great!!

I did use different size blocks for my strips and narrower sashing because I was using scraps frm a larger bag project
