Materials
I used both white and brown coffee filters for these flowers. The large ones are great for packages. I also used my cuttlebug to cut dies from Tim Holtz distressed flowers, some of the smaller ones were cut by hand out of the filers, stitched around the edges and pulling the thread to make them ruffle and layered them. Glimmer mist was added to color and stickles for sparkle.
