Thank for your compliments. I actually did this the long way. There are quite a few molds out there but they are usually very expensive. I wanted to prove that I can do it old school. I use molds as inspiration for ideas. I cheated as I know someone who loves working with mental. He was kind enough to do a few food safe cutters for me which he did in rows so that I can cut out four shapes in one go. I used modelling chocolate and fondant mix to avoid the stretching. I then use panelling method to cover the cake and the transfer method. Once I measured the length of the fondant that I need I started cutting out the shapes using a ruler. With the 4 in one cutter it wasn't very time consuming. I hope this helps.

Hi Leyda, you can do a 50 / 50 mix or what you have. It is just to help you work better with the fondant.
