I made this quilt and finished it last fall. This spring I entered it into my local quilt guild show and would you believe that it was stolen at the end of the show. Needless to say the show organizers are very upset as this has not happened in 20 years of running quilt shows here. And of course I too am very upset as I was so proud of this quilt and how well it turned out. I was originally going to give it as a gift to a friend who is an American but liked it so much I kept it for myself. It was hanging on the wall of my quilt studio right behind my long arm machine so I was always looking at it. I now have a blank wall. My daughter in law said that I must have won the viewers choice award. Ha Ha!! So, I hope who ever took it is enjoying it. I will make another one but won't start again until Sept. Summer is just too busy. I'm glad that I will be able to access this class again as it really was wonderful to learn from Kaye. At least I have pictures.

It's simply awful that someone would stoop to stealing it. So sorry.
