What was your inspiration?
I want to bake great delicious, crusty bread.
What are you most proud of?
Baking loaves I can serve at meals or share with others as a gift. One of the loaves I'm making today will go into a silent auction basket tonight with a small quilt and a bottle of wine.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Follow the tips and recipes in the class and enjoy the process. It works like sewing or quilting....the more you do it, the better the outcome.
