What are you most proud of? Actually being able to get a terrific result.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch & listen carefully to the video. Print the instructions. Have a good square up ruler for 3.5 blocks.

Your chevron meets up so well, it looks like a single zig-zag, Great work =)

Thanks a lot! Must be the dark color -fool the eye! I put this replacement picture in because the block came up short where the red is. I ripped out the two HST with the red & used a cranberry fabric instead. Everything back on track. I also realized that both of these side triangles were made with pre-washed fabric. Now it's only the paisley one, but there's no reason to fix it, so it's not going to be changed. I bought 36 fat quarters for this project but looking through my stash - the red just caught my eye ( red is in that navy chevron). Never gave the pre-washed a thought.- all mine had been pre-washed. I want this to all be made with fabric that hasn't been washed - testing, testing, 1-2-3 !. I have always washed. We'll see.
