What was your inspiration?

I saw the project in a magazine and since we had organized to spend Christmas at home with our family, I thought it was a nice gift for my mom.

What are you most proud of?

This was the first time I used the technique of appliqu. I am very satisfied!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This is a very long work for the clipping of all small shapes, and sewing. It takes a lot of patience and dexterity with the sewing machine to finish the border of the appliqu well.
