Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Vanilla cake with "fleur de sel" (salted) caramel filling. I applied white fondant and place green leaves and red balls of 50/50 (fondant/gum paste in a crown shape on top of the cake. Green leaves (mistletoe) and red balls are covered with luster dust. I also did piping white dots of royal icing all around the cake and a bead border at the base of the cake.
