What materials did you use? A 2-way directional plaid in cotton. The pattern is Janet Praey's youth easy shirt

What are you most proud of? Matching the palids - although the back is not matched vertically with the collar and as well the plaid is not sewn as continuous around body in direction. My son liked it better this way!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? It is really an easy shirt - very rewarding as it goes quickly :-) I used a mix of Pam's and Janet's techniques to make this - it turned out well!

Hi, great shirt! I love the way you matched your plaids, I agree with your son! You did a wonderful job, I'm sure that he will get lots of wear out of this one :-))

Hello Pam, thank you!!! I was in this fantastic shirting fabric outlet in Italy, where they produce their own fabric, and I have bought quite a bit... :-) more to come!!!!!! thanks again for your course - without it I would have NEVER EVER dared to attempt a shirt!!!
