InstructionsBake and spice chicken filets, let cool completely before cutting into cubes or shred. Don't overdo on the sauce. We baked at 482 f (250c) for 12 minutes on a baking sheet (no pizza stone yet). Used about 450 grams of dough pressed out thinly. The crust turned out perfect with a nice crunch. :)

What was your inspiration?
The love of pizza!!!! We are very pleased that we can make a better tasting pizza than our local pizzerias! The work is divided into two days so it makes it less stressful and tons of fun! :) PLUS we thoroughly enjoy the video each time it's played, THANK YOU Peter Reinhart for a great pizza experience!
What are you most proud of?
The joy of sharing a fresh homemade pizza together and with friends. The crust is superb and the results of fresh ingredients sends our taste buds soaring! :P
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
JUST DO IT!!!! Just dive right in and have a great time experiementing on ingredients to make a "Signature Pizza" to show off to family and friends!
