Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Enjoyed Jessica's lesson and was enjoyable attempting this. My first time with modelling chocolate and I can see why it's good to work with. I had minimal supplies and I'm still not fantastic at creating a perfect ganache base to apply the fondant to, but fortunatly the stripes help cover it up! I loved the wax paper transfer method, even if it gets a bit greasy!! For people in Australia, we have problems getting wax paper but I found no issue at all using Multix Baking paper.
