What was your inspiration?
I have used my cherry brooch to decorate a vintage straw bag, but you could use it to decorate hats or anything you fancy!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
You will need to know how to make i-cord, which is knitted on two double pointed needles, as well as basic knitting stitches such as knit, purl, increases and decreases.
