What materials did you use? Quilting Cottons, bamboo batting

What are you most proud of? This quilt has every thing! paper piecing, strip piecing, triangles, squares, fussy cutting, applique. It was a real challenge to put such a wide variety of skills to use in one quilt. But I just love the results!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? This one might take you longer than you think. It certainly took me longer than usual! There are a lot of different techniques involved. Take your time with it!

what are the dimensions of your quilt?

Sorry everyone! The notifications about your comments were lost in my email. So, here are the (very late) answers: Leaning2quilt: I made mine smaller than the pattern because it was a gift for a toddler's birthday. I believe that I simply cut all the dimensions in half, make my quilt 36" by 42". The pattern is for a 72" x 84" quilt. (I used a photocopier to reduce the applique pattern.) The pattern is "Center Ice" by Jacque Riddlemoser for Glendora's Girl Patterns. You can reach the link to The Cotton Club where I purchased the pattern by clicking on "Center Ice" in my reply to "What was your source for this quilting project?"
