What materials did you use? Can you believe it's still my western stash??? Well, it is.... might have to buy the backing??????

What are you most proud of? You can't tell in the picture, but the sashing around the blocks if a blue w gold/tan rope running throughout. I decided that it was too busy... took two and a half of the blocks apart... then decided it was MY quilt... put it back and finished sashing.... I LOVE it.... specially w the gold bali border!

Nice work! I especially like your horse photo in the top block. Is this your horse? Have fun quilting. I have just learned from Leah Day, she offers very clear instructions in her classes offered on Crafsy. :)

No, that's not my horsey, but I do love horses and trail ride when I can. I've signed up for Leah Day course and am going to ck it out today. I've never quilted anything this large so it's a little intimidating. It's sooo exciting to see it hanging on my wall sooo pretty. Thank you for the kind words.
