Materials
Two 1.1 lb skeins DiV Zenith Natural, available from WEBS. The large skeins let you knit each half of the shawl without joins.
What was your inspiration?
The soaring arches of Saint Patrick's Cathedral in New York City.
What are you most proud of?
Although intricate looking, the lace patterns used in this shawl are not very difficult, and using large skeins of wool lets you work each half without joins.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Try making a small piece first, to get used to the lace patterns.
