I went back and did the scribbling with a light tan thread and also outlines the butterfly. Now the design shows up when held vertically as well as when it is on the table. I am glad my questionable thread color choice happened because this is just a small practice piece. I will be more aware on a bigger project now. I have to thank you again for the class. Wholecloth is something I have wanted to do for years. It was too overwhelming. You took it into small manageable steps. I am increasing size slowly but that big bedsized wholecloth is coming.
