Is this your project? Can you share instructions or a pattern with the Craftsy community?

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Functional

For: Children

Style: Mod, Whimsical, Cute, Funky

Materials

The brightest of scraps, Warm and Natural batting

What was your inspiration?

Two grandchildren, lots of scraps, and a desire to lighten the load of fabric that I would have to pack up and transport back home to the US.

What are you most proud of?

My Canadian grandchildren were thrilled to receive them and immediately crawled into a chair to try them out. Each quilt has a special pocket on the back, one with a button flap and the other just plain, Special for storing small toys in, pockets are important--so I was told.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

As hard as you try I bet you can not use up all of your scraps. They just have a way of multiplying. The more you use the more you create. I sure gave it a try.
