What materials did you use? Cotton fabrics. Traditional Dresden was zigzagged using Isacord 40 colour 4111. Modern Dresden was blanket stitched using Superior Threads Rainbows colour 838 (variegated).

What are you most proud of? My first Dresden blocks ever and they were so much fun... not scary like I had always imagined them to be LOL!

Cool! Great work Agggh not more appliqu quilting? I avoided the hexigon class - watched the vid- because of the hand sewing element.... LOL. Just a small thing of mine.

LOL send yours down south and I'll hand sew your hexies AND I'll even volunteer to machine your dresdens on... I put off doing the hexies too, even thought about swapping them for another block but then decided NO! This beginner quilter HAD to do them just once... even if she never does them again lol. Come on, ya know ya really want to hehehehe.
