What was your inspiration?
I have a collection of assorted batiks I have not known how to use before, so I thought this might be a good way to feature them. At least it will be unique. And if I don't like it later, I can redo this block in more traditional fabrics.
What are you most proud of?
The sewing was no problem. . . learning how to post the photo was my challenge--But I did it myself!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have fun with it. and make up a couple blocks in anticipation for the first of February.
As soon as my tutoring progress reports are completed, I'm treating myself to February Block of the Month, yea!!
