What advice would you give someone starting this project? I only used 4 fabrics instead of 6 since this was a table runner and there isn't a secondary design.

Wow! What a great table runner! I love that swirly-whirly background fabric, and the yellow dots that repeat the tennis balls in the racket fabric. Was that a companion fabric to the racket fabric, or were you just lucky to find the perfect match? (Hmmmm "Perfect Match" - good name for a tennis quilt...)

I think I'll use that name...Perfect Match...love it! This is a gift for a tennis friend who is moving away. Yes, the dots are actually small tennis balls and it was a companion fabric. As you can imagine, a little of that fabric is enough as it is seisure-inducing busy!
