What was your inspiration?
Because I can't wear Betty High Waisted Panties with everything, I shortened the pattern by approximately 4 inches for hipsters that can be worn with jeans.
What are you most proud of?
I love the fit of these, and because they are a pieced hipster pattern, I can make them with a very small amount of coordinating fabrics.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you would like to change the height of your Betty Panties, just put a pair on, fold them down to where you would like them to sit, measure the difference, and fold down each of your pattern pieces by that much. Then, raid your stash for fun little bits and pieces to use up on cute lingerie!
