in making this ring bearer pillow for my stepson and his wife to be, I used white satin material and swarofski beads, ribbon and other assorted trims. This was the first time I have made a ring bearer pillow, but had lots of fun making it.
What was your inspiration?
I was asked if I could make them a ring bearer pillow, and then I decided I would make a matching bag for them to use for their wedding cards they received. They both were so impressed they had tears in their eyes when I gave them to them.
What are you most proud of?
the fact that they turned out nice and my stepson's new wife said she would keep it to hand down to her daughter if they had one. Which now she is expecting a baby girl due beginning of November.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't try to rush, plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time for any DIY projects.
