Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This is my first gravity defying-cake! The beer bottle is modeling chocolate suspended on a copper tube. The cake is 7 layers of yellow cake with modeling chocolate spines under the fondant. The mug handle is gray gumpaste painted silver, as is the bottom border. The hops branch on the cake board is wired gumpaste. The beer bottle label is a printable sugar sheet.

What are you most proud of? Last minute before heading out for the delivery the customer called to give me more detailed directions....the house is at the end of a long dirt road full of pot hole!! The cake survived!!
