Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Quilting Quickly: Patterns, Techniques & Tips »

Instructions

Used 1 1/2 Riley Blake charm packs plus other fabrics that I found to match

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Functional

For: Children

Style: Whimsical, Cute, Traditional

Materials

Riley Blake charm packs and other fabrics

What was your inspiration?

Disappearing 9 patch from Quick Quilting class
Coin Stack border from same course

What are you most proud of?

Found colors/fabrics similar enough to charm pack to make solid border and backing. I think it looks great and I love the colors

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This was 1 1/2 charm packs plus other fabrics and it is a little small. I think next time I will make the border larger or add more than one.

I love the quilt. Does anyone else see the clown face with the stop sign as the mouth and the red block the nose? Great fun.

This is just adorable. I did not fall in the love with the fabric when I saw it at first in a picture of a jelly roll, but made up it is the cutest! Great job.
