Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Small casserole dishes, small pots and small stainless bowls. Dough is 50% WW and I shape with 4 soup bowls to rise & put in baking dish with parchment paper 1/4 sheet sheet

What are you most proud of? Being able to control and predict results. The crust, chew and taste excellent
