I used the large Wilton sports ball pan to make the baby's bottom and hand-sculpted the feet and legs from fondant. All other decorations were also cut or sculpted from fondant.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I saw a similar cake online (with no credits or aknowledgments that I could locate) and wanted to make it for my college roommate's baby shower. I used her invitation as the inspiration for the color scheme.
