What was your inspiration?
I liked the simplicity of this pattern. It was fun to knit, and it whipped up very quickly. After the sweater and sun hat were done, I knew exactly which buttons to use. I found some old Holly Hobby buttons in a jar that my grandmother had. They perfectly adorn the left shoulder.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is a very simple pattern. Just jump right in and do it!
