What was your inspiration?
I'm a little crazy on the brioche stitch, so I decided to make this neckwarmer, which started out as a scarf. However, brioche uses alot of yarn! So the stash yarn was all I had and I decided to turn it into a neckwarmer for my mom. As you can see, it's just a simple rectangle, and even a simple stockinette stitch or a rib stitch would make a very cool neckwarmer. Just add a twisted cord loop and a big funky button and you've got it!
What are you most proud of?
Even though I didn't exactly know how I was going to finish it off. I like the way it looks and can be worn either with the cowl up or down.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is a canvas where anything goes. I think a rectangle in a simple yarn finished off with some oversized buttons would look great!
