What was your inspiration?
My son asked for an argyle vest, so I sought one out and found this pattern in
What are you most proud of?
This was my first argyle project, and my first intarsia project. I'm proud of how well this came out, evidenced by the fact that my son loves to wear it!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I would knit the back of the vest solid, as I did--it looks nice and it's much easier! I also duplicate-stitched the zig-zag lines on the argyle and I might consider knitting them in next time.
