I used Moda's Tradewinds by Lily Ashbury Fat Quarters and I used the back side of Moda Marbles in Ivory for the background fabric.

I've been peddling in place trying to decide how to arrange my hexagons. I might just have to steal your idea. It is very pleasing to me! I'll have to see how my colors work. Thanks for sharing.
