|Here are some details about my project:|
What was your source for this piece?
Tell us a little more about your inspiration. This is a photo of my youngest granddaughter after a day of playing outside. Daddy was in the house waiting for her to ring the bell. She wanted to do it herself.
Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this piece. The is transparent watercolor on Arches 140# cold press paper. I used predominantly only three colors. Purple magenta, gamboge and manganese blue hue. Other colors, ultramarine blue and indigo, quinacridone burnt orange and quinacridone rose. I do many layers of washes.
