What was your inspiration?
I have made several of these blouses this summer. I am an apple shape and a plus size so I find it difficult to find pretty blouses that I can wear to work. I saw this pattern and made it originally along side the Sassy Librarian Blouse class. The shape and the gathering on the front at the bust line gives me a shape and is very flattering. I made self covered buttons for this one. The blouse can be worn with trousers or a skirt.
What are you most proud of?
That I am really getting much better at getting a good fit.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The collar has a stand so you would need to be a little bit more experienced in attaching collars.
