What materials did you use? Knit Jersey fabric

What are you most proud of? This project started as a tank top in a class I took at the Sewing Expo. The instructor, Alex, encouraged us to add sleeves if we had enough fabric...A challenge I was up for! I completed the project at home using the cover stitch hem! This is my second attempt at cover stitching and it is fun, fast and finishes the garment with a professional look.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take any class by Linda Lee or Alex Woodbury. They give excellent instruction that makes serging/sewing with knits a breeze. Buy the highest quality knit jersey fabric you can find. The hems in this pattern can be left unfinished, but if you have a cover stitch machine, try it on these hems.
