Based of Tony Tony Chopper from the anime One Piece! I didn't create the character just the pattern :)
What are you most proud of?
I'm really happy with how the whole thing turned out but I love that the hat and the bag are removable! The hat fits my Cat's head but he wasn't too happy to wear it :P He even has rumble balls inside the backpack!
